About me

I am a RIBA Chartered Architect with international experience in Spain and the UK. I like doing Architecture and so I specialised in structural calculations. I qualified in Barcelona UPC, Spain where I achieved the level of Integrated Master's Degree in 2005 and came to the UK in 2010 to learn about how to build sustainable structures, using steel and timber. The Royal Institute of British Architects awarded me a Distinction and became RIBA Chartered Architect in 2011. I am also a structural engineer and a qualified maths teacher in the UK, where I studied for a PGCE in Mathematics at UCL.

Since then, I have been working in the London area alongside other Architects, and structural engineers on projects in conservation areas, listed buildings, and private developers producing plans for housing, retail, and public facilities.

I moved to Southampton in 2019, and during the Covid, I studied Artificial Intelligence.

I can provide all you need to get your plans approved by the Council and Building Control. I use BIM software to calculate structures, Cype.

Cype allows me to calculate any type of structure, concrete, steel, timber, or Glulam, and solve the joints. Cype offers a wide range of solutions for Architecture and Engineering, producing even the reports to send to Building Control, plans, and because is BIM, it brings a lot of flexibility as you can amend anything in the building and easily retrieve data from the BIM model.

I use Cype software since 1998 and studied private master to learn how to use it. I lived the challenge of BIM since a long time ago, and nowadays BIM and Cype are a reality in the United Kingdom.

Cype increases production and speeds up the process to generate information and create plans. I am happy to offer my services at a reasonable price, to help develop the community in the United Kingdom.
